Online Requests for Church Certificates

This section allows you to request certain types of Church Certificates online, and have them delivered to you, or available for collection from the Church office. There is also provision to receive a facsimile of a Paper Document Certificate, electronicaly.

The following types of Certificates are available for online requests:

1) Certificates
a) Baptism-cum-Birth Certificates
b) Confirmation
c) Matrimony
d) Death
(For All resident or non-resident, Baptised at, and in the records of, Bandel Basilica Parish)

2) Letters of Recommendation (Only Registered Parishioners of Bandel Basilica Parish, delivery not available)

To be eligible for an online request, you must have a valid eMail address.

CHARGES

FOR DELIVERY ANYWHERE WITHIN INDIA: INR 175.00
FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA: INR 490.00 ($ 10.00)
Your Certificate will reach you by Courier, Cash-On-Receipt.

IF YOU COLLECT YOUR CERTIFICATE FROM THE PARISH OFFICE, Ordinary Certificate charges apply.

IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE A FACSIMILE CERTIFICATE THROUGH ELECTRONIC MAIL, your Certificate will be scanned and sent to you as an eMail attachment. It is also possible to have the Certificate FAXED to you.
A contribution of INR 50.00 per Certificate, is suggested, via DD or Direct Transfer.

There are no charges for Letters of Recommendation.
