The Priests of the Basilica, assisted by a body of capable lay persons constitute the Pastoral Council. Like any parish council, Bandel's Council decide and debate issues of the parish, plan and execute development work, review ongoing projects, and in general assist the priests the growth of the local Church,and the well-being of is members.
